About the role

We are seeking a proactive PRO Assistant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves handling official communications with a range of government authorities and ensuring timely processing of employee and corporate documentation.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with government bodies such as MOHRE, ICP, DED, Municipality, CICPA, Abu Dhabi Police, MOE, and GDRFA.
Process employment visas, residence permits, Emirates ID renewals, labour contracts, and medical fitness applications for staff.
Manage trade‑license renewals, amendments, commercial registrations and establishment‑card updates.
Submit applications via online portals including Tasheel, Ameer and ICP.

Required profile

Relevant GCC/UAE experience preferred.
Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
