Problem Management Analyst

About the role

The Problem Management Analyst joins Dubai Airports' Technology & Infrastructure team to ensure the stability and efficiency of critical IT services. You will analyse incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement across the airport’s complex technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Review incident and problem data to spot trends and potential problem sources.
• Maintain and publish the BT Knowledge Management repository, ensuring relevance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and recommend process enhancements for problem and knowledge management.
• Monitor error‑control effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or application support.
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, data‑center, server, storage and security solutions.
• Familiarity with corporate applications, ERP systems and related management tools.
