Process Engineer (4-9 yrs experience)

About the role

The Process Engineer will lead engineering studies and develop process concepts for on‑shore and off‑shore processing facilities, including gas‑processing skids and modular packages. You will be involved from front‑end engineering design (FEED) through detailed engineering, ensuring solutions meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute FEED and detailed engineering studies for modifications to processing facilities.
• Develop and optimise process flow diagrams, P&IDs and equipment specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates and feasibility reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on upstream oilfield separation and treatment processes.
• Support the design and integration of modular process equipment packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4–9 years of experience as a process engineer in the oil and gas processing sector.
• Familiarity with upstream oilfield technologies, especially oil, gas and water separation.
• Experience generating technical proposals and cost estimations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HYSYS process simulation software.
• Experience using FlareSIM or similar flare analysis tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
