Process Engineer – Industrial & QHSE Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to drive manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction and quality assurance at our Dubai facility. The role combines industrial engineering, lean methodologies and QHSE responsibilities to optimise production processes and support new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process routings, factory layouts and workstation designs using AutoCAD 2D.
• Implement and optimise manufacturing methods, conduct cycle‑time studies and calculate OEE.
• Prepare machine specifications, evaluate suppliers and coordinate machine installation and hand‑over.
• Create and update work instructions, tools, fixtures and process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, apply Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) and conduct SPC and process capability analyses.
• Prepare annual budgets, cost‑impact analyses and support new product development and prototype trials.
• Implement Integrated Management System procedures, conduct risk assessments, ensure equipment certifications and enforce QHSE standards, including 5S, HIRA and emergency preparedness.
• Authorize stop‑work orders when safety is compromised and maintain QHSE documentation and KPIs.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as an Industrial or Process Engineer.
• Hands‑on knowledge of basic electrical and switch‑gear systems (mandatory).
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing, process improvement and QHSE compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct budget preparation and cost‑impact studies.
