Processor – Central Operations

About the role

Emirates Islamic is looking for a highly organized Processor to join its Central Operations team in Dubai. You will ensure banking transactions are processed accurately, support branches, and maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process operational transactions according to service standards.
• Provide operational support to branches and internal business units.
• Manage account identification, closure activities, and cheque return processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on documentation and operational matters.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational queries and perform reconciliations.
• Support operational projects, process improvements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required profile

• Higher Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking operations or transaction processing.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
