Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator supports the procurement team in Dubai by handling drop‑ship invoicing, purchase‑order follow‑up and help‑desk requests. The role ensures accurate processing of invoices and timely communication with vendors, contributing to smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process all drop‑ship invoices and verify them against purchase orders.
• Receive orders in the accounting system and enter accurate serial numbers.
• Follow up on purchase‑order status and update order details, including cancellations, address changes and fixed‑asset orders.
• Respond to internal web‑help‑desk requests related to procurement.
• Cancel purchase orders, create fixed‑asset orders, and order supplies for branch offices.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, contacting vendors as needed.
• Support the procurement supervisor or director with special projects and workflow improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with audit preparation for drop‑ship invoices.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of receiving or procurement support experience.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and structured problem‑solving abilities.
