Procurement Lead – Offshore Subsea Project

About the role

The Procurement Lead will drive all procurement activities for ADNOC offshore subsea projects, ensuring timely acquisition of materials, equipment and services. Reporting to the PMC team, the role bridges project teams, vendors and contractors to meet schedule and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement for offshore EPC, FEED, brownfield and greenfield packages, developing and executing project‑specific procurement strategies.
• Manage the full tendering cycle – issue RFQs, ITTs and RFPs, evaluate technical and commercial bids, negotiate contracts and award purchase orders.
• Oversee supplier and contractor performance, resolve disputes, and conduct qualification audits.
• Coordinate expediting, logistics, customs clearance and offshore delivery to mitigate long‑lead item risks.
• Control procurement costs, support cost forecasting, and identify savings opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas, EPC or Energy, with at least 5 years in a senior procurement leadership role.
• Proven track record managing offshore procurement packages of USD 50–100 million, preferably on ADNOC or major international operator projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPS Level 5/6, PMP, APICS CSCP or MCIPS are preferred.
