Procurement Manager – Dubai

About the role

JD.com is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for logistics and industrial projects across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with International Development, Business Development and Asset Management teams to develop and execute procurement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for logistics and industrial development projects.
• Lead vendor development, qualification, and management processes.
• Manage tendering, bidding and contract negotiations to achieve cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with JD.com procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate procurement execution for new pipeline and renovation projects.

Required profile

• Strong local experience in procurement management within the logistics or industrial sector.
• Proven ability to formulate procurement strategies and lead vendor negotiations.
• Excellent understanding of tendering, bidding and contract compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional international teams.
