Procurement Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and coordinate procurement activities for its projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing integrated procurement plans, overseeing contractor procurement and subcontracting, and ensuring compliance with contractual and procedural requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare internal procurement plans and procedures as needed.
• Ensure contractors develop and submit project‑related procurement and subcontracting plans in line with the agreement.
• Review and approve contractor procurement and subcontracting plans and procedures.
• Validate contractor procurement organization charts and resource allocation.
• Monitor contractor compliance with procurement obligations and project schedules.
• Control the end‑to‑end procurement process, including plan issuance, enquiries, technical bid evaluations, award recommendations, purchase orders, and subcontract awards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing procurement for large engineering or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement, expediting, inspection, shipping, and spare‑parts processes.
• Ability to lead a procurement team and coordinate with contractors.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
