Procurement Manager

About the role

Remobile Tech is expanding its operations in Dubai and seeks a strategic, hands‑on Procurement Manager to lead the supply chain for refurbished smartphones, tablets and accessories. You will be responsible for ensuring a steady flow of high‑quality devices and components to support both B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of suppliers for smartphones, tablets, accessories and spare parts across regional and international markets.
• Conduct thorough supplier evaluations covering financial health, quality control processes and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts for volume pricing, payment terms, warranties and service‑level agreements.
• Track purchase orders, inventory intake and lead times using ERP and procurement tools.
• Perform Total Cost of Ownership analysis, factoring refurbishment costs, logistics and import duties specific to the UAE.
• Monitor global market trends, new device launches and currency fluctuations to adjust buying strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, grading and finance teams to ensure quality, cost efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with strong knowledge of the mobile device and electronics market.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end sourcing and supplier management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced trading hub.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
