Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead CNS’s procurement activities across a wide range of IT products and services, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery to support project and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking and professional services.
• Lead commercial negotiations, secure volume discounts, rebates and favorable contract terms.
• Coordinate procurement for customer projects from quotation through delivery, aligning with sales and solution teams.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
• Oversee purchase order processing, contract administration and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and project teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.
• Prepare spend reports, track savings and support audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field; Master’s/MBA or CIPS preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 10 years in strategic IT procurement, OEM and large‑project environments.

Required skills

• IT procurement and sourcing expertise.
• RFQ/RFP/RFI management.
• ERP/procurement system proficiency.
• Advanced Excel reporting.
• Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure procurement.
• Experience managing OEM/distributor relationships.
• Understanding of UAE/GCC supplier markets.
