Procurement Manager – Logistics & Industrial Projects

About the role

JD.com is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for logistics and industrial projects across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Based in Dubai, the role will drive strategy, vendor development and execution for new pipeline and renovation projects, reporting to the Group Director of International Procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, cost targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Development, Asset Management and Business Development teams to define procurement needs and align timelines with project schedules.
• Lead vendor selection, tendering, bidding processes and contract negotiations.
• Ensure all procurement actions comply with local regulations and JD.com policies.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage cost control and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong local experience in procurement management within the logistics or industrial sector.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
