Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and supply‑chain activities in the United Arab Emirates. The role will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships and ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services that support our business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement procurement policies and strategies to optimise sourcing, cost efficiency and risk management.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, managing end‑to‑end contracts to secure best‑value agreements.
• Monitor market trends and benchmark suppliers to maintain quality and value.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forecast demand and align sourcing with business goals.
• Develop and control purchasing budgets, track KPIs and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and produce regular management reports.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects in sourcing, cost optimisation and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
