Procurement Senior Associate (Emirati)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Senior Associate to manage the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle in Dubai. The role ensures timely sourcing of goods and services while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage RFQ, RFP and quotation activities, ensuring complete and timely supplier proposals.
• Facilitate bid opening and evaluation with business stakeholders and Finance, documenting outcomes accurately.
• Participate in supplier negotiations on pricing, commercial terms and procurement conditions under senior guidance.
• Prepare vendor selection documentation and approval packages according to delegated authority levels.
• Monitor execution of Purchase Orders, Service Level Agreements and Contract Agreements to ensure supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk to embed appropriate commercial terms and risk mitigation clauses in contracts.
• Manage contractual compliance, follow‑up on actions and support dispute resolution.
• Support procurement risk assessments and contribute to policy and procedure enhancements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records for audit readiness.
• Identify and propose improvements to procurement systems, workflows and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end procurement processes.
• Strong coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP procedures and contract administration.
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, Finance, Legal and Risk functions.
• Attention to compliance, governance and risk management.
