Procurement Specialist – Interior Design & Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end purchasing for interior design, fit‑out, residential and villa projects. The role works closely with interior designers, project managers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and furnishings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end procurement for interior design, fit‑out, residential and villa projects.
• Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Procure interior materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, joinery and other project‑related requirements.
• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier database.
• Coordinate with interior designers, project managers and site teams to understand project requirements.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries and material availability against project timelines.
• Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery and reliability.
• Identify alternative suppliers and materials to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Maintain procurement records, quotations, purchase orders and supplier documentation.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of procurement experience in interior design, fit‑out, residential or villa projects.
• Existing knowledge or network of UAE vendors and suppliers is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery and project procurement.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate closely with design, project and site teams.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
