Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will support LutechResources’ energy projects by handling straightforward purchasing activities under moderate supervision. You will apply basic procurement knowledge to evaluate solutions, ensure compliance with company processes, and contribute to the delivery of offshore and onshore energy infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze procurement requests and identify suitable suppliers using standard procedures.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
• Monitor order status, track deliveries, and resolve minor issues.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs and align procurement actions.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of procurement principles and processes.
• Ability to work with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate simple purchasing scenarios.
• Good communication skills for internal coordination.
