Procurement & Vendor Management Lead (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its newest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This part‑time, fully remote role offers flexible hours (5‑20 hrs/week) at $70 per hour, starting ASAP.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated RFP/RFQ drafts, vendor‑scoring matrices, and spend‑analysis reports.
• Review and assess supplier contracts, SLAs, and vendor‑risk assessments.
• Develop category‑strategy and savings‑pipeline reviews.
• Produce high‑quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core procurement workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
