Product Delivery Senior Manager

About the role

The Product Delivery Senior Manager will lead demand management, the annual DTD roadmap and CAPEX planning, and oversee the Business Analysis function across Miral entities. The role ensures that business and technology requests are captured, assessed, prioritised and aligned with strategic objectives and delivery capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the DTD roadmap in line with organisational strategy, business priorities and approved investment plans.
• Lead the annual roadmap‑planning cycle, consolidating business requests, technology‑upscaling initiatives and validated carry‑over requirements.
• Ensure each roadmap item includes a clear problem statement, scope, business value, success criteria, business owner and DTD owner.
• Coordinate dependency mapping, high‑level feasibility assessments and CAPEX/OPEX estimates across relevant DTD teams.
• Support prioritisation by highlighting value, urgency, readiness, dependencies, cost, resource requirements and delivery constraints.
• Prepare and present roadmap, CAPEX, risks and decision requirements to DTD and business leadership.
• Maintain roadmap governance and change control, recording material changes to scope, cost, priority, timing or funding.
• Lead discovery, benchmarking, market research, RFI or option‑assessment activities as needed.
• Collaborate with business owners, product owners, PMO, technical teams, architects and vendors to transition approved initiatives into delivery.
• Manage and develop the Business Analyst team, ensuring consistent requirements standards and timely completion of BRDs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading demand‑management, roadmap planning and CAPEX processes within a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong governance and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to align business and technology priorities.
• Experience managing and developing a Business Analyst team.
• Ability to assess feasibility, dependencies and financial estimates across multiple functional areas.
