About the role

Pink Neon Advertising is seeking a talented Product Designer to join its diverse team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for shaping digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, turning user insights into intuitive, high‑fidelity designs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct jobs‑to‑be‑done interviews, rapid prototyping and usability testing to validate concepts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional specialists to create cutting‑edge solutions that enhance dubizzle.com and related products.
• Develop and maintain a living design system, standardising UI components and guidelines.
• Translate user research, metrics and business goals into clear UX proposals.
• Monitor live sites and apps, advocating for continuous improvements to the user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer for both app and web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design deliverables.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate collaborative design sessions and build positive relationships across teams.
