Product Designer

About the role

Fuse Energy is building a vertically integrated renewable energy platform that combines generation, real‑time power trading and consumer products. As a Product Designer you will help create best‑in‑class digital and physical experiences that make energy abundant and reward smart usage.

Key responsibilities

• Design consumer‑facing mobile and web applications that encourage users to manage usage, balance grid demand and adopt solar, battery and EV solutions.
• Craft physical‑digital experiences for home energy upgrades, hardware products and IoT device controls.
• Define and maintain Fuse’s visual language across web, mobile, motion and physical products.
• Develop high‑stakes internal tools that monitor gigawatts of renewable energy, installations and millions of customers.
• Shape future grid‑management systems, blockchain reward mechanisms and yet‑to‑exist products as the early design hire.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing consumer‑facing digital products.
• Strong visual craft in typography, colour, composition and UX.
• Proven ability to take concepts from vision and discovery through to final design execution.
• Excellent written communication and the capacity to translate complex systems into logical, modular interfaces.
• Figma expertise is non‑negotiable.
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics, 3D tools (C4D, Spline), copywriting or basic code.
