Product Designer – Relocation to Spain, UAE, or UK

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Product Designer who will lead the design process from discovery to delivery while helping the company expand into new markets. The role offers relocation support to Spain, the UAE, or the UK, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid setting from Barcelona, Madrid, Dubai, or London.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists and other stakeholders to define customer and business needs.
• Identify key project metrics and take ownership of their success.
• Research and introduce new findings to support launches in new territories and new feature development.
• Design end‑to‑end product experiences, from wire‑frames to high‑fidelity prototypes, ensuring simplicity and elegance.
• Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops to validate concepts.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to implement designs and present work during design reviews.
• Review release performance, extract learnings and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience designing commercial applications in‑house.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work across platforms.
• Ability to think strategically about product direction and articulate design decisions.
• Understanding of technical implications of design choices.
• Self‑starter who can own the design process from start to finish.
• High focus on UX and deep insight into customer behaviour.
• Clean visual design sense with expertise in typography and grid systems.
• Passion for problem‑solving.
