About the role

The Product Genius is the brand ambassador for Performance Plus Motors, delivering an exceptional showroom experience by educating customers on vehicle features, technologies, and benefits. This role focuses on product knowledge, demonstrations, and test drives rather than sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product expertise and conduct vehicle demonstrations.
• Engage customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
• Support sales teams with product information and collaboration.
• Share knowledge through training and internal workshops.
• Collect and report customer feedback and performance data.
• Manage OEM systems and CRM tools such as Key loop and Autoline.

Required profile

• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• UAE driving licence held for at least one year.
• Previous customer‑service experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest automotive technologies.
• Organised administration abilities and capacity to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Passion for the product and a commitment to outstanding guest experience.
• Native Arabic speaker, enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn.
