Product Intern

About the role

As a Product Intern you will work alongside Product, Design, and Engineering on two fronts: building quickly with AI‑assisted tools and staying close to customers and competitors. You will ship prototypes, pages, and internal tools using AI, no‑code, and low‑code platforms while supporting structured discovery through calls, interviews, benchmarking, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Help build and iterate on a new qlub website using AI‑assisted development tools.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate AI tooling that accelerates prototype and product launches.
• Create rapid prototypes, landing pages, internal tools, and proof‑of‑concepts with no‑code/low‑code platforms.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis across restaurant discovery, payments, loyalty, offers, subscriptions, and hospitality technology.
• Engage directly with qlub customers to collect feedback, run interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Assist Product Managers with discovery, requirements gathering, market research, and feature benchmarking.
• Analyse product metrics and customer behaviour to produce documented insights and recommendations.

• Curious and proactive, able to explore problems independently and present recommendations.
• Technical comfort and genuine interest in AI, software products, and digital experiences.
• Willingness to conduct structured customer interviews over the phone.
• Enthusiasm for solving hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience.
