Product Manager – AI‑Powered Ecosystem Management

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven Product Manager to lead the development of Nabat’s AI‑powered ecosystem management and restoration solutions. You will work at the intersection of geospatial science, AI, remote sensing and robotics to turn complex research into market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and drive execution for AI‑enabled ecosystem management tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists, GIS specialists, hardware/software engineers, ecologists and commercial teams to translate technology into scalable offerings.
• Lead product discovery by gathering customer insights, validating opportunities and prioritising features.
• Define clear product requirements, success metrics and launch plans, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
• Identify emerging datasets, technologies and partnership opportunities that can expand the product portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of product management experience, preferably in climate‑tech, ag‑tech, GIS or AI/ML domains.
• Strong technical orientation with the ability to understand and communicate scientific concepts.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship for the employee and family are provided.
