Product Manager Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead the end‑to‑end product journey for Shoryuken’s Insurtech platform. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will shape the vision, roadmap and delivery of digital insurance solutions that empower millions of customers across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation, research and design through launch and continuous improvement.
• Use data, market insights and customer feedback to prioritize features and measure impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify innovation opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships to ensure product success.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and data‑driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
