Product Manager - CRM

About the role

The Product Manager – CRM will lead the definition and delivery of Salesforce‑based solutions that support Almosafer’s travel and tourism platforms. Reporting to the Head of Salesforce Product, you will translate business needs into technical specifications and act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Consult business units on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce Community capabilities.
• Convert requirements into user stories, detailed designs and well‑architected Salesforce solutions.
• Provide effort estimates, identify benefits and risks for proposed changes.
• Collaborate with and guide Salesforce developers on technical strategy and design.
• Stay current with new Salesforce releases and features.
• Coordinate with cross‑product teams to assess impact of broader initiatives.
• Lead daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming and ensure smooth delivery of projects and enhancements.

Required profile

• B.S. in Computing or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years in product management and 2 years as a Salesforce developer or software engineer.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder; Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
• Strong background in IT/CRM, especially Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Flow, Triggers, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, migration tools and SOQL.
• Proven work in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence, including large call‑center implementations.
