Product Manager - Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the delivery of Guest 360 capabilities, focusing on Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and journey analytics. Acting as the bridge between business, data, and engineering, you will turn customer needs into actionable product solutions that drive personalization and omnichannel engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the backlog for Guest 360 and Customer Journey Analytics initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Monitor product performance, feature usage, and customer impact to drive adoption.
• Leverage CRM, behavioural and transactional data to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data, engineering, CX, marketing) to ensure end‑to‑end integration of CDP and analytics capabilities.
• Support implementation and optimisation of CDP solutions such as Adobe, Salesforce or FirstHive.
• Advocate a customer‑centric approach to enhance personalization across all channels.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role in data, digital or customer platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with CDP solutions (Adobe, Salesforce, FirstHive).
• Strong understanding of customer journey analytics, personalization and omnichannel CX.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritise features and deliver value‑driven outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) and measuring product adoption and performance.
