Product Manager - Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the development of Guest 360 capabilities, focusing on Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer journey analytics. You will act as the bridge between business, data, and engineering teams to deliver data‑driven, personalized experiences across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the backlog for Guest 360 and Customer Journey Analytics initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Track product performance, feature usage, and customer impact to drive adoption.
• Leverage CRM, behavioural and transactional data to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data, engineering, CX, marketing) to ensure end‑to‑end integration of CDP and analytics capabilities.
• Support implementation and optimisation of CDP solutions such as Adobe, Salesforce or FirstHive.
• Advocate for a customer‑centric approach that enhances personalization and omnichannel experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role in data, digital or customer platforms.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritise features and deliver value‑driven outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CDP solutions (Adobe, Salesforce, FirstHive).
• Understanding of customer journey analytics, personalization and omnichannel CX.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
