Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager at Emirates NBD, you will drive the development, pricing, execution, and lifecycle management of Structured Products that support the investment needs of the bank’s clients and its growth objectives. You will identify new product opportunities, collaborate with internal stakeholders, secure necessary approvals, and partner with platform teams to enhance processes and develop innovative capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify product needs across customer segments, eliminate gaps, and continuously innovate aligned with house views.
• Ideate, analyze, and launch structured payoffs and underlyings, managing the product lifecycle and client queries.
• Improve processes, automate activities, and lead project‑management initiatives for strategic enhancements.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external counterparties to ensure smooth distribution and meet business targets.
• Monitor the structured products trade‑book, flag risks, and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Mathematics from a top‑tier university; postgraduate qualification in Finance is preferred.
• Proven experience in equities, rates, FX, fixed income, or structured payoff structuring within a leading bank.
• Hands‑on experience designing, pricing, and structuring derivative and structured investment products.
