Product Specialist Oncology

About the role

The Product Specialist Oncology will act as a key link between Johnson & Johnson and healthcare professionals in the UAE. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on promoting oncology products, increasing market awareness, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize sales and market share of oncology products while meeting sales targets and compliance requirements.
• Conduct customer segmentation, maintain accurate CRM data, and provide best‑in‑class service to physicians, pharmacists, and decision‑makers.
• Present clinical data and product information in face‑to‑face meetings and group presentations.
• Perform market, competitive and business intelligence analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and organize promotional and educational events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with oncology exposure.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and achieve sales targets.
