Product Specialist – Pharma Sales

About the role

The Product Specialist will drive sales of NewBridge’s pharmaceutical portfolio across Dubai and Sharjah. Reporting to the Line Manager, you will implement sales strategies, achieve targets, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the sales plan for assigned products and meet quarterly quotas.
• Prepare and maintain customer lists, schedule visits, and conduct presentations using the E Detailing Module.
• Track sales performance in the OCE Reporting System, meet KPI targets, and provide regular forecasts.
• Develop strategic alliances with key decision‑makers in hospitals and clinics.
• Ensure all activities comply with NewBridge’s Code of Business Conduct.

Required profile

• Graduate with a medical professional degree (Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.).
• Minimum two years of experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist in an MNC pharmaceutical/healthcare company.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals; neuropsychiatry exposure is a plus.
