Production Data Analyst – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Production Data Analyst will collect, validate, and analyse production‑related data to support dashboards, management reports and operational reviews. This role works closely with ERP systems (SAP/MES), databases and various production sources to ensure data is accurate, traceable and useful for improving performance and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse production data from ERP/SAP/MES systems, databases and operational sources.
• Develop, maintain and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, Power Query and Excel.
• Monitor and report on key production KPIs such as OEE/OLE, productivity, downtime, quality and manpower utilisation.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity through cross‑functional verification.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities through data‑driven analysis.
• Support management decision‑making with insights, variance analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Procurement and other stakeholders to improve reporting and data visibility.
• Drive reporting automation, process improvements and continuous enhancement of data management practices.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, dashboard development, reporting automation, ERP data support or operations analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboard creation and automation.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Power Query and Excel for data cleaning and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
