Production Supervisor – PCBA

About the role

EDGE is looking for a Production Supervisor (PCBA) to lead its PCB Assembly manufacturing operations in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that products are delivered on time, meet strict quality standards, and are produced safely and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise PCB Assembly production activities to achieve quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor work orders according to schedules, resource availability, and capacity.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams through performance management and training.
• Maintain compliance with IPC standards, IPC Class 3 requirements, and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous‑improvement, lean manufacturing, and process‑optimization initiatives.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress, resolve production issues, and ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance to guarantee equipment readiness and address technical problems.
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce 5S, HSE, and operational compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PCB Assembly manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading production teams and meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Preferred experience in defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated sectors.
• IPC certification and strong understanding of relevant IPC standards.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
