Professional Accountant

About the role

Red Castle is seeking a Professional Accountant to join its fast‑growing finance team in Dubai. You will help streamline billing processes, support FP&A initiatives, and work closely with sales to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Determine billable amounts for new and existing customers using system data and contractual agreements.
• Resolve customer billing questions and internal inquiries within 24 hours.
• Maintain billing reports, spreadsheets, and related documentation.
• Assist on various FP&A projects.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams.
• Contribute to building a great company culture.

Required profile

• BA degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 2‑4 years of experience in accounting or operations.
• Strong analytical and cross‑functional communication abilities.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Workday or another major ERP system.
• Expert knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
