Professional Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Professional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across our hospitality, event services and housekeeping segments. You will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, securing new business and positioning our company as the premier choice for private and corporate events in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed revenue and KPI targets by upselling to existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
• Identify, convert and nurture leads while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Manage relationships with external venue owners, ensuring venues are prepared for confirmed events.
• Forecast and report actual revenues versus budget across all sales teams.
• Coordinate event details with delivery departments to meet client expectations.
• Contribute to budgeting based on past performance and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in hospitality, hotels or catering.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
