Professional Services Consultant

About the role

The Professional Services Consultant will deliver end‑to‑end implementation of Innovative Systems' data quality, AML and risk compliance solutions for clients across the Middle East and beyond. You will work remotely or on‑site in a hybrid model, providing pre‑sales support, configuration, testing, training and post‑implementation assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full software delivery lifecycle, from pre‑sales support through configuration, testing, integration and implementation.
• Collaborate with sales, account management and internal teams to capture client requirements and develop use‑case projects or proof‑of‑concepts.
• Analyze client data environments and advise on customization, integration and best‑practice usage of the platform.
• Implement Innovative’s technology on‑site, remotely (SaaS) or in hybrid settings, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Configure and, when required, customize software to align with specific client needs.
• Provide consulting, training and post‑implementation support to ensure client success.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with at least 3 years of experience in software implementation.
• Analytical mindset, excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 10‑50% within and outside the UAE.
• Business‑level fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and geographic locations.
