Program Director

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead large‑scale construction and engineering programmes in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the primary liaison between the company, the client and key subcontractors, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects that benefit the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Parsons with the client and selected subcontractors throughout program execution.
• Negotiate scope changes, contractual amendments and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify and secure additional work.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of Project Execution, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans.
• Monitor draft and final deliverables for compliance with program requirements.
• Develop concise project briefs for internal distribution.
• Plan, direct, supervise and control all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned programme.
• Assign responsibilities to sub‑ordinates based on qualifications and strengths.
• Provide input for performance reviews and development plans.
• Mobilise resources across support departments, offices or subsidiaries to build effective project teams.
• Work with facilities staff to address space requirements and with engineers to develop budgets, schedules and plans.

Required profile

• Extensive engineering and management experience on large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills with clients, subcontractors and regulatory agencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
