Program Manager

About the role

Innovaccer is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large‑scale healthcare technology implementations across the United Arab Emirates. You will drive operational excellence for multi‑million‑dollar projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery, covering scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management.
• Manage Agile delivery frameworks, scale processes, and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans, and lessons learned.
• Track progress and report using Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence and other tools.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues through stakeholder collaboration.
• Prepare governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams for seamless delivery and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• 12+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology.
• Hands‑on experience with large EHR implementations (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and payer‑provider integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing abilities.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) for daily communication.
