Program Manager (Power Transmission/Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the governance, coordination and reporting of a large‑scale multidisciplinary infrastructure programme in the UAE. The role provides overall leadership across project controls, engineering, risk, commercial, quality, HSE, stakeholder management and programme reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programme governance, oversight and executive‑level reporting.
• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple project packages.
• Oversee schedule, cost, risk, quality, HSE and interface management.
• Prepare and maintain the Program Management Plan and integrated execution framework.
• Establish dashboards, action registers, decision registers and reporting systems.
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance and escalate critical issues.
• Support senior management decision‑making with concise analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate programme‑level stakeholder interfaces and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
• Lead weekly and monthly programme reviews and executive reporting.

Required profile

• Strong background in programme or project management for major infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex multidisciplinary programmes involving multiple contractors and consultants.
• Experience within power transmission, utilities, energy or comparable infrastructure environments.
• Excellent understanding of planning, risk, interfaces, commercial management and project controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capability.
• Programme or project management certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills.
