Program Project Engineer – Super User Professional

About the role

The Super User is a key member of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Centre of Excellence, responsible for delivering and supporting WMS solutions across CEVA Logistics operations. You will work closely with warehouse, IT, and customer teams to ensure implementations are cost‑effective, scalable and meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and operational support to WMS users and respond to queries.
• Participate in on‑site implementations, especially for first‑time deployments.
• Consult on WMS set‑up, including clustering, putaway rules, pack configuration, routing, zoning and data loads.
• Support testing activities, conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for releases and patches.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and post‑deployment support.

Required profile

• Strong technical acumen combined with operational insight in logistics environments.
• Hands‑on experience with WMS implementation, configuration and testing.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and customers.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
