Programme Manager – Executive Degrees

About the role

INSEAD is looking for a Programme Manager to support the Executive Degrees portfolio, primarily the GEMBA Flex programme, at its Abu Dhabi campus. This is a full‑time, 9‑month fixed‑term role with a hybrid working model (3 days on‑site, 2 days remote) and requires on‑site presence during delivery periods.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all pre‑programme activities, collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional participant experience.
• Manage programme communications, onboarding, schedules, learning platforms, accommodation, travel, assessments and logistics.
• Negotiate and oversee external vendors and service providers to guarantee quality, cost‑effectiveness and alignment with programme objectives.
• Prepare and coordinate virtual learning requirements, including scheduling online sessions, testing platforms and supporting faculty technology needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants during the programme, building strong relationships and addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of experience in programme or project coordination, preferably in higher education or executive training.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
