Programmer – AI‑Driven CRM Development

About the role

WIA Software is seeking a full‑time Programmer to join its on‑site team in Dubai. You will help build and maintain the AI‑driven CRM and automation tools that power the company’s smart business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back‑end components for AI‑driven CRM systems and operational dashboards.
• Write clean, efficient code and perform unit and integration testing.
• Implement and document APIs, integrate third‑party messaging and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and enhance system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in programming and Object‑Oriented Programming using modern languages.
• Hands‑on experience in the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Practical back‑end web development experience, including API creation, database interaction, and external service integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven or data‑intensive applications and a keen interest in automation and workflow optimisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with version control (Git), testing frameworks, and modern development tools; knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus.
