Project Controls Administrator – Dubai

About the role

Wood is seeking a Project Controls Administrator to join its UAE Business Unit in Dubai. The role is full‑time, onsite and reports to the Lead Cost Engineer. The successful candidate will support the delivery of complex oil and gas projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned scopes of work related to project cost control.
• Maintain and update project control documents, schedules and cost databases.
• Track project expenditures against budgets and forecast future costs.
• Prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses for senior management.
• Assist the Lead Cost Engineer in budgeting, forecasting and change order management.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate data flow and timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Experience in project controls or cost administration within the construction or oil & gas sector.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
