Project Controls Manager / Analyst – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Project Controls Manager or Analyst to join our client’s team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing project schedules, cost control, and performance monitoring for large‑scale construction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, control plans, and progress‑monitoring systems.
• Monitor project performance against approved schedules, budgets, milestones, and baselines.
• Analyze schedule and cost variances, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic project‑control reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction teams, and other stakeholders to obtain accurate progress information.
• Support cost‑control activities including commitments, forecasts, trends, and variance analysis.
• Maintain project‑control data to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
