Project Coordinator – Exhibitions & Events

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of exhibition stands and event projects. The role involves working closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure projects are planned, executed and closed on schedule and to high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day‑to‑day coordination of exhibition and event projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, reports and meeting minutes.
• Track progress, follow up on pending tasks and action items.
• Support production, installation, logistics and resource coordination.
• Maintain organized project records and aid in project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma; Project Management studies are a plus.
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in exhibitions, events or fit‑out coordination.
• Strong organizational, planning and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel for site visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
