Project Director for Data Center

About the role

We are seeking a senior Project Director to lead data‑center infrastructure initiatives in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines market analysis, technical sales, and end‑to‑end project delivery for large‑scale IDC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse UAE data‑center market information, demand trends and prepare scheme documents.
• Establish and maintain technical‑sales relationships and manage decision‑making chains with customers.
• Provide market technical consultancy and outline design for UAE data‑center projects.
• Lead the overall operation of IDC projects, coordinate internal resources and drive project progress.
• Organise high‑level exchanges, exhibitions and workshops.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data‑center infrastructure project operation.
• Hands‑on involvement in the design or engineering of at least one large data centre (≥1200 cabinets, ≥10 MW) in the UAE.
• UAE electrical or mechanical industry qualification and PMP certification.
• Strong teamwork, coordination and proactive communication skills.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
