Project Director Infrastructure

About the role

The Project Director Infrastructure will lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale infrastructure programmes, including roads, bridges, utilities and urban development projects. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure delivery on time, within budget and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own project charters, execution plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Drive governance, reporting and performance tracking across multiple concurrent projects.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, government authorities, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage cross‑functional teams of engineers, planners, site managers and support staff.
• Control project P&L, forecast costs, approve change orders and oversee contract negotiations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical, financial, environmental and safety risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multi‑disciplinary programmes on schedule and budget.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and decision‑making abilities.
• Deep understanding of local regulatory frameworks and HSE standards.
