Project Engineer – 6‑Month Contract (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer / Project Assistant to join an experienced team delivering electrical and oil & gas projects across the UAE and the wider GCC. This junior‑level position is ideal for candidates with an electrical background and exposure to the UAE oil & gas sector who want to develop their career in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with customers and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit project documentation.
• Generate reports and track project progress.
• Support project delivery and administrative activities.
• Work closely with document control teams to ensure accurate project records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of relevant experience (maximum 8 years total career) in roles such as Project Engineer, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Document Controller, or junior Project Management.
• Experience in the UAE oil & gas sector, preferably with ADNOC or similar clients.
• Sound knowledge of LV Switchgear and electrical systems.
• Experience working with electrical industry leaders or suppliers to the oil & gas sector.
• Understanding of Middle East project execution and document control processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
