Project Engineer – Cargo (Dubai)

About the role

Based in our Dubai office, you will support multiple concurrent cargo and aviation projects across the Middle East, engaging directly with clients, contractors, and design teams on complex air cargo and terminal facilities. The role offers a clear path toward managing several projects and includes occasional travel to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Draft technical reports, capacity and gap analyses, and study documentation for cargo and aviation terminal projects.
• Develop presentations and workshop materials for client and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and maintain project trackers, schedules, and status logs.
• Review contractor and vendor submittals for compliance with specifications and design intent.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and client teams to resolve project issues and bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering, aviation management, airport planning, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar coordination role.
• Strong written communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects and travel occasionally.
