Project Engineer – Construction Management

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer specialized in Construction Management to join our Dubai team. You will support the delivery of construction projects by coordinating technical details, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities and monitor progress against schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, quality standards, and construction details.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and standards.
• Proven ability to see the big picture while handling detailed tasks.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
